Your despatch 1st March Confidential 1918 property has been twice put up for sale at 175,000 and 150,000 dollars

without attracting bid. Suggest that it be now put up

at 75,000 which is at present high rate of exchange

equivalent in sterling of about 115,000 dollars in 1914.
